The PCAAC Secretariat

The Technical Secretariat of the Philippine Council for ASEAN and APEC Cooperation (PCAAC) Technical Board for Economic Cooperation (PCAAC-TBEC) is based at the Trade, Industry and Utilities Staff (TIUS), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA). The Technical Secretariat provides technical support to the PCAAC-TBEC preparatory to and during its meetings, which includes agenda setting, preparation of technical and discussion papers, minutes of meetings, and action documents and needed follow up letters on Board decisions.

Background on the Website: The framework and contents of this website were developed by the International Relations Division (IRD) in cooperation with the Information Technology Coordination Staff (ITCS) also of the NEDA. The website serves as a ready information resource on ASEAN and PCAAC-TBEC matters. It could also serve as a vehicle for the wider dissemination of knowledge on the PCAAC-TBEC and its activities.
