Country Strategy Program aims to reduce poverty and achieve sustainable equitable development.  Focuses on four key areas of cooperation namely health, education, rural incomes and environment with emphasis on governance and gender-related issues

Forms of Assistance:

Grants and technical assistance to government & direct financial and technical assistance to NGOs and POs under bilateral, regional and multilateral schemes 

Geographic Focus:

Southern Philippines, particularly Mindanao
