2) carry a variable reference interest rate equivalent to 50% of the interest charged on WB loans and have a maturity period of 20 years, including a grace period of 5 years; 3) carry a variable reference interest rate equal to that charged by the WB and a maturity period of 15-18 years, including a grace period of 3 years. |
