Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) - program loans, project
loans Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) - techincal
cooperation (i.e. development studies, expert dispatch); grant aid (i.e. general
grant aid, commodity assistance)
Terms and Conditions:
JBIC: (23rd Yen Loan Package)
1.8 percent interest rate for capital component (0.75 percent for consultancy component), payable in
40 years inclusive of 10 years grace period;
for environment related projects, 0.75% interest rate for capital component and consultancy component, payable in
40 years inclusive of 10 years grace period
Special Yen Loan Package: 1 percent, 40 years inclusive of 10 year grace period
