It has also entered into an agreement with the Ayala Foundation, Inc., through the Filipinas Heritage Library, for its Library Link Project, an electronic union catalogue of Filipiniana libraries.

The Center is located at the ground floor of the NEDA Building at the Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
