commitment to pursuing development goals, after the signing ceremony for
the 2005-2009 Country Programme Action Plans (CPAPs), Manila Peninsula
Hotel, Makati City. Designed to address issues and concerns of the country’s
poor and most vulnerable, the CPAPs build on the Country Programme Documents
of the Philippines approved by the Executive Boards of UNDP/UNFPA and
UNICEF, and the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) outcomes identified
jointly by the Government of the Philippines (GOP), and the UN agencies.
