The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) welcomes the Asian Development Bank's (ADB)ADB'S US$350K TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FOR LOCAL FISCAL MANAGEMENT Technical Assistance (TA) grant of US$350,000 for strengthening the country's provincial and local planning and expenditure management through a ceremonial signing held recently. The grant aims to help provinces and some selected cities improve their capacities for effective planning and budget management to strengthen local government unit service delivery and pro-poor economic development.
