NEDA Deputy Director-General Augusto B. Santos speaks before members of the League of Corporate Foundation and the Philippine Business for Social Progress during the Corporate Social Responsibility Expo 2005 held at the Westin Philippine Plaza on July 6. He presented to the business community the highlights of the 2nd Philippine Progress Report on the millennium development goals (MDGs) and emphasized the status and trends, crosscutting challenges and priorities for action toward achieving the MDGs. He also proposed options for business response along the areas of poverty, health, education and environment.
