Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Romulo L. Neri urges students of the National Defense College to do their share in ensuring that the goals and objectives of the 2004-2010 Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan (MTPDP) are attained, in a lecture held recently. The Director General of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) also said the active participation of all sectors of the society would determine the success of the Arroyo Administration’s development agenda, along with sound programs and policies and good governance, all of which are specified in the MTPDP and its accompanying documents, the 2005-2010 Medium-Term Public Investment Plan (MTPIP) and the MTPDP Strategy Planning Matrices.
