Development Information Staff Director Benjamin D. Turiano of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) urges participants to the Philippine Councilors League National Congress, held recently at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, to contribute their share in national development through, among others, improved revenue collections and project planning and implementation. Director Turiano also presented the 2004-2010 Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan (MTPDP), which highlights the Macapagal-Arroyo Administration’s 10-point development agenda for the next six years. More than 7,000 participants/councilors from all over the country attended the event.
