Neri (center) receives a plaque of appreciation from Philippine Society of General Surgeons (PSGS) vice president Reynaldo M. Baclig, MD (right). Neri was the inspirational speaker of the organization’s 4th Surgical Forum held recently at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. The Socioeconomic Planning Secretary presented the development agenda, where he highlighted the need to mobilize and transfer knowledge to ensure the increase of investments and enterprises, and aid in national wealth creation and development.
