Augusto B. Santos (inset), deputy director-general of the National Economic and Development Authority, urges the League of Vice Governors to spread the Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan 2004-2010 when he speaks before them in a conference in Sarangani recently.

During his presentation, Santos makes a run down of the basic tasks for the 10-point legacy of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, as fleshed out in the 2004-2010 MTPDP. In the audience are Sarangani Congressman Erwin Chiongbian, Vice Governors Bridget Chiongbian-Huang (Sarangani) and Julius Ceasar Herrera (Bohol).
