A product of collaboration among the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (NCRFW), and ODA-Gender and Development Network, the guidebook is an enhanced tool to improve gender-responsiveness in all strategies, programmes and projects implemented by government agencies, development practitioners, and donor organizations. In her speech, Ms. Landey expressed the UN's renewed commitment to support NCRFW, NEDA, the Government and people of the Philippines towards the achievement of the twin goals of gender equality and women's empowerment.
