Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Romulo L. Neri (left) urged members and participants to the 66th meeting of Northern Mindanao's Regional Development Council (RDC X) to actively participate in the advocacy and implementation of the 2004-2010 Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan (MTPDP). He said the successful implementation of the 2004-2010 MTPDP and Medium-Term Regional Development Plans (MTRDPs) would help achieve the Philippines' commitment to the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
