Socioeconomic Planning Secretary and National Economic and Development Authority Director General Romulo L. Neri and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Ms. Noemi L. Saludo shake hands to seal their agreement to work together in advocating the 2004-2010 Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan (MTPDP).

The signing ceremony, held recently at the Dusit Hotel in Makati City, is a direct response to the call of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for all sectors of society to ensure the realization of the MTPDP and the Medium-Term Regional Development Plans (MTRDP).
