Northern Mindanao has been implementing strategies to encourage its cities and provinces to disseminate stories of successfully implemented programs and projects on livelihood, job-generation and poverty reduction initiated by Region X's local government units, regional line agencies, government-owned corporations, state universities and colleges, as well as nongovernment organizations and private sector groups.
