In a speech delivered during the signing of a memorandum of agreement between the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) and the SIF, Ms. Songco congratulated PNVSCA for its valuable work in deepening alliances with the government of Singapore through volunteerism.
