  Philippine Standard Commodity Classification (PSCC)  

The PSCC is a classification of all commodities on imports and exports being used for tariff and statistical purposes. It is an integration of the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) based on the 2002 version of the Harmonized Commodity Description & Coding System (HS) issued by the World Customs Organization (WCO), & the 1993 PSCC based on the Standard International Trade Commodity (SITC) Rev. 3 issued by the UN Statistical Office in 1986.

  PHILIPPINE STATISTICAL YEARBOOK (PSY)  

The PSY presents, in time series, historical information about the country's macro, and micro-environment. It contains data which are disaggregated in different dimensions. These data can be useful in the conduct of strategic planning, policy, program and project formulation, business/investment decision making, research and feasibility studies

  Reference Manual on Project Development and Evaluation (PDEM)  

The Manual is a substantial upgrade of the last publication of the NEDA, the Project Development Manual of 1984. The first volume of PDEM is a basic reference guide on project development and evaluation. It introduces a set of basic concepts and steps in project evaluation. It also discusses the fundamental information and procedures on developing and appraising investments.

The APIS is a nationwide survey designed to provide inputs to the development of an integrated poverty indicator and monitoring system which would enhance timely, accurate and consistent production of poverty-related data for users at the national level for policy and planning.

This report presents a background of the FIES and its sampling design, analysis of the housing expenditure and conditions, as well as household conveniences and amenities. It also provides a comparison over three FIES rounds: 1991, 1994 and 1997.

  INTEGRATED SURVEY OF HOUSEHOLDS BULLETIN  

(Labor Force, July 2003). It contains the final results and highlights of the July 2003 round of the Labor Force Survey (LFS). This survey focuses on levels and trends of employment, unemployment and underemployment of the country wtih data breakdown for each of the regions, provinces, and key cities and municipalities.

The SPMs, a companion document to the 2004-2010 MTPDP, details the various strategies and activities of the Arroyo Administration to get the country moving toward sustained growth. It sets the targets for these strategies against which the development efforts of the government vis-a-vis the plan will be measured. "The document in itself" reflects the government's commitments and efforts to go beyond policy formulation in development planning.
