Philippine Standard Commodity Classification (PSCC)
The PSCC is a classification of all commodities on imports and exports being used for tariff and statistical purposes. It is an integration of the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) based on the 2002 version of the Harmonized Commodity Description & Coding System (HS) issued by the World Customs Organization (WCO), & the 1993 PSCC based on the Standard International Trade Commodity (SITC) Rev. 3 issued by the UN Statistical Office in 1986.

Reference Manual on Project Development and Evaluation (PDEM)
The Manual is a substantial upgrade of the last publication of the NEDA, the Project Development Manual of 1984. The first volume of PDEM is a basic reference guide on project development and evaluation. It introduces a set of basic concepts and steps in project evaluation.
