5. Do not upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computers.

6. Do not advertise or offer to sell any goods or services or conduct or forward surveys that the user knows or reasonably know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

7. Do not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

NEDA reserves the right to remove without notice any content that violates any of the terms and conditions herein. Violators shall be dealt with accordingly after due notice and warning.
